| Now it's
finally time to add the 40 feet of teal lycra. Tye each corner of
the lycra in a knot and tie nylon cord around the knot. (Don't cut
the lycra.) Attach each cord to a steak, and nail them down. |
|  A
bundt cake pan on the top of the vertical tower will allow smooth
adjustments.

|  And
there you have it! Base camp has been established!
|

|  Now
its time to celebrate, and nobody has to worry about getting lost!
|
|  However
beware; the stiff Maine breeze and the lack of support around the
vertical column brought the monster down in just under an hour.
|
|  But
we've proven Rob was right and you really need to go with 6-foot
support arms to ensure a successful, heavy-duty festival flag.
